On March 29, 2023, the Austrian Parliament, or more precisely the foyer of the plenary hall, was once again under the sign of UniNEtZ cooperation. The three-member SDG 11 team Helmuth Kreiner (TU Graz), Christine Rossegger (Graz University of Technology) and Luca Braun (University of Graz) had an intensive exchange with the SDG ambassadors of the parliamentary parties and numerous members of parliament on topics related to sustainable cities and communities, such as the promotion of sustainable, participatory community and neighborhood development, equitable distribution of transport space and recycling-oriented waste collection.

The interactive station with a virtual map, which illustrated soil sealing in Austria as another exemplary topic of SDG 11, aroused particular interest.
